Barry Vince co-founded Two Roads Professional Resources in 1996 with partners Tammy & Chris where he works with customers to help create Employee Retention, Social and Fitness Plans, Marketing and Branding programs.  Barry is responsible for driving 2R’s client partnership team to achieve strategic goals and provide custom staffing solutions to clients throughout the country. He continues to be an active partner with clients and has managed staffing efforts for nationwide partners, primarily in the Aerospace & Defense industry.  Prior to Two Roads, Barry helped grow a newborn staffing company, McDonnell Douglas Technical Staffing Services, into a national leader in the staffing industry.
