Mohamed (Mo) Abuali is the Founder and CEO of IoTco, the premier provider of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) software and services. Mohamed brings 20 years of manufacturing technology experience in digital transformation and predictive maintenance and analytics, with in-depth knowledge of delivering productivity improvements in Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Medical Devices, and Oil & Gas manufacturers.

 

James Ricci, Manufacturing Adviser, IoTco, LLC

James Ricci has 30 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain focused on implementing lean and process improvement initiatives, developing and executing operational turnarounds, developing manufacturing strategies, performing due diligence and market research. 

He has globally executed more than 500 operational assessments, due diligence and improvement initiatives throughout his career for nearly every type of manufacturing industry stakeholder. His manufacturing expertise includes stamping, tooling, machining, plastic processing, die casting and value-added assembly.

 

Isaac Bennett, Chief Digital Officer, Wright & McGill Co.

Isaac Bennett is the Digital Transformation and IT Director at Detroit Manufacturing Systems (DMS), and formerly the Global IT Innovation Manager for Maxion Wheels; both tier-1 automotive suppliers.  He has worked in the IT field for over 20 years, where he led the automotive IT departments global digital transformation initiative, helping plants around the world implement smart manufacturing projects.

 

Chris CharltonPresident, Charlton Inc.

Chris Charlton is the President and Founder of The Charlton Group, in addition to serving as the Chairman of the Boards of Dura Automotive Systems and MOBEX Global. Chris is a graduate of Michigan State University, the father of two children, and an avid sportsman, including hiking, high level tennis, skiing, and a black belt in martial arts. He is a bible study participant, philanthropist, President of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, major benefactor of Mayo Clinic, including endowments to the Charlton Building at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, a member of the Visiting Committee of the Michigan Center for Theoretical Physics and political/international trade and commerce advocate.
